The productis trust.

The short version

Heaven Hearts does something profoundly personal: they care for the graves of parents and loved ones in Pakistan, on behalf of families who live abroad and can't be there themselves.

What they really sell is trust: a stranger promising to honour something sacred. The old WordPress site didn't carry that weight. It was slow, generic, and felt interchangeable with every other service site on the internet.

We rebuilt it from the ground up into a calm, fast, emotionally honest experience, one that earns a family's trust before it ever asks them to make contact.

Doubt doesn't convert.

A grieving person waiting for a slow page doesn't think “bad hosting.” They think “is this even a real, serious company?” The old site was sluggish on exactly the mobile data its Gulf, UK, and US families browse on, and it looked like a template anyone could buy.

It left the make-or-break questions unanswered: do you cover the cemetery where my father is buried? How do I know you'll actually show up? How do I know it really happened? Doubt went unanswered, and doubt doesn't convert.

Reaching out felt like submitting a form, not entrusting someone. WhatsApp, how this audience actually prefers to talk, was an afterthought. And the brand's hard-won Google presence sat on a fragile stack of plugins, one careless migration away from vanishing overnight.

What We Built

Not a redesign. A site engineered to be trusted.

Experience

Fast everywhere. Unmistakably theirs.

Rebuilt on the technology behind the world's most demanding brands. Pages load near-instantly on a phone in Dubai as much as a laptop in London. Speed here isn't vanity; it's a trust signal. Everything custom: warm, earthy, dignified, never clinical. Calm cinematic motion sets the emotional tone, and turns itself down for anyone sensitive to it.

Conversion

Answer the doubt. Earn the contact.

A documentary-style founder's story does the selling, turning a service into a person who understands. Dedicated sections answer the make-or-break questions: which cemeteries are covered, what happens after you reach out, what proof you receive. The inquiry flow feels like entrusting, not transacting, and WhatsApp is a real, tracked front door.

Search & Foundations

Migrated without vanishing. Built to grow.

Every signal that makes Heaven Hearts findable was preserved through the rebuild (no drop in the families who arrive through search) and structured to grow, city by city. The fragile plugin stack is gone. Privacy-respecting analytics, no intrusive cookie banner on a grief-care site. A stable foundation that scales to new cities, new services, and a second language.

The rebuild does four things for the bottom line: more inquiries from the same traffic, no customers lost in the migration, a brand that finally matches the service, and room to grow without rebuilding again.

The site now carries the same care, dignity, and seriousness as the work itself, which is the entire basis on which Heaven Hearts is chosen over a cheaper, less personal alternative.

More than a fix, it's a platform to expand from: ready to win local search city by city as they grow, a content engine for genuinely helpful writing on grief and care from abroad, and a clear path to self-service and a second language for the wider community.

Every choice (every colour, every word, every pause in an animation) was measured against one question: does this earn the trust of a grieving family who cannot be there?

A calm, trusted presence that's already there for you.

What we built

A genuinely fast site, everywhere

Rebuilt on the same kind of technology used by the world's most demanding modern brands. Pages load near-instantly, on a phone in Dubai on mobile data just as much as a laptop in London. Speed here isn't a vanity metric; it's a trust signal. A site that responds instantly feels reliable, established, and safe.

A look that's unmistakably them

Everything is custom-made: the typography, the colours (warm, earthy, dignified, never clinical or corporate), the pacing, the imagery direction. Nothing borrowed from a template. The moment a family lands, the site feels considered and serious, which tells them the service is too.

Calm, cinematic motion

As you scroll, the site moves gently and deliberately, never flashy, never attention-seeking. It feels like turning the pages of something sacred, not watching an ad. And for anyone sensitive to on-screen motion, it respectfully turns itself down automatically.

A Story page that does the selling

The founder's story (a son who lost both parents while living abroad, and built this so other families wouldn't feel that helplessness) gets its own documentary-style page. This is the page that earns trust. It turns Heaven Hearts from “a service” into “a person who understands exactly what I'm going through.”

Pages that answer the make-or-break questions

Dedicated, clear sections for the exact things families worry about: which cities and cemeteries are covered, what actually happens after they reach out, and what they receive afterward: photos, reports, proof the visit happened. Answering doubt is what converts a hesitant visitor into a customer.

Contact that feels like entrusting, not transacting

The inquiry flow was rewritten to feel human and unhurried: warm questions instead of cold form fields, and a closing moment that honours what the person just did, rather than a flat “form submitted.” It meets people in the right emotional register at the exact moment they decide to commit.

WhatsApp as a real front door

A prominent, one-tap way to start a conversation, because that's how a large part of the audience prefers to reach out, and it's tracked, so the business can finally see how many people choose that path.

No annoying cookie pop-ups

Clear, privacy-respecting analytics, so the business can see what's working without slapping an intrusive cookie-consent banner on a grief-care site, which would have been jarring and trust-damaging for exactly the wrong reason.

Foundations

The quiet work beneath the surface: the part that protects the business today and lets it grow tomorrow.

Google presence protected

This was critical. We carefully preserved everything that makes Heaven Hearts findable on Google since 2021, so the rebuild caused no drop in the customers who arrive through search. A careless rebuild is one of the most common ways a business accidentally vanishes from Google overnight. This one didn't.

Built to grow, city by city

The new site is structured to grow its visibility over time, including the ability to rank for specific cities as the business expands, turning expansion into marketing. New cities, new services, and self-service content updates are all on the table now, not a future “v3.”

Stable, with no ongoing fragility

We removed the pile of fragile plugins the old site depended on. The new foundation is stable and built to extend: new cities, new services, and eventually a team that can update its own content without going back to a developer.

Room for a second language

The groundwork is laid to add Urdu down the line, opening the brand to an even wider part of its community.
